Garbage Chute Cleaning
When building tenants discard their garbage into the garbage chute, bags have a tendency to open or rip. As this happens, any wet garbage will stick to the inner walls and dry garbage will stick to the wet garbage creating fire risks, bacteria/virus build up, and odor problems. ATR can help eliminate all of the above. We first degrease and disinfect the inside of the chute. We then use our specialized garbage chute cleaning equipment to rinse the garbage chute of any garbage or debris. ATR then goes to each floor and cleans the chute doors with a disinfectant and a coarse pad. ATR also washes the garbage room floor, bin, and/or garbage compactor, removing all grime and stains. After all this is completed, ATR releases a de-odorizing agent down the chute eliminating all potential odors.
